If a transaction fails or a deduction occurs twice, please review your bank account and, if no deduction is found, retry the transaction. For duplicated payments, contact us with a support ticket and bank statement at our support page https://cc.gnkservices.in. A refund for the extra payment will be issued to the original payment method within 15 to 20 working days.
Monthly and Annual Plans: Cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Lifetime Plans: Cancellations for lifetime plan renewals must be made within seven (7) business days of service renewal to be eligible for cancellation and refund. Requests made later than seven (7) business days will not be honored.
